We hadn’t heard of ADC & Travel before but having booked & now completed our Cruise (& loved it) we would wholeheartedly recommend. Booking & paying was very simple and showed up in Royal Caribbean Portal almost straight away. Only had need to contact them once with a general query which they replied no issues. Would recommend !!
It was a good experience booking another cruise. MSC company from Rome, Mediterranean. All booking steps are clear, payment was clear and easy, I received the documents on time. And most importantly, a very attractive price, lower than other intermediaries.

Call to find out pricing on a cruise. The lady I spoke with couldn't offer the same price as this companies own website. How is the website nearly $100.00 cheaper than what you can offer over the phone.
Note to the owner - if you want to leave a follow-up at least do your self a favor and pull the call records. Customer service this time was a little better but not great - agent hung up on me, call back and then couldn't get her pricing to match your site.
3 times I have tried this company and 3 times I have had issues.
Our family has booked multiple cruises through American Discount Cruises. We have always been able to secure a great price, lots of OBC and all around good service. If price drops occur, ADC is on the ball about securing the new price. Their website is easy to use and a nice place to compare cruise lines and amenities. I will definitely use them again. Our most recent cruise on Azamara was fabulous and cannot wait to sail as soon as possible
I had called to get more information about booking a cruise. I normally try book our family vacations on my own but, it was becoming more and more time consuming. I really lucked out with Jessica, she was nothing but a pleasure. She was so patient with all my questions and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured to book right then and there either. Her calming presence and sweet demeanor made the experience much better. Once my family and I get all the details worked out I will 100% be booking with Jessica in the future!
After using them since 2008, we’ve had a series of missteps with ADC. First, a terrible agent, Nikolas, who provided inaccurate information about out onboard credits and second from Becca, who reconfirmed the correct amount. Once onboard, we realized there was a $200 error which NCL tried to address but it is 100% ADC’s fault. We have four expensive cruises booked with them in the next year and after being SCAMMED and being told I misunderstood their poor communication. I’m done with them and I warn you not to use this unscrupulous agency Don’t be lured by the size of their supposed OBCs. It’s a con and you’ll find yourself on a ship angry and frustrated while they fail to address their shortcomings.
Worst customer service experience I have had in traveling. Booked a cruise last night with them because the base fare along with the perks they give back made it the best bang for my buck. The booking was done in two separate transactions so that we could get a room for two and a room for three. By morning I had received an email from them saying that their system had a glitch so it was going to be another $500 for the 3 person room or my booking would be canceled. I told them if they were adding $500 more, I would need both bookings canceled because I would have gone with a different vendor that was less than their new total fare. They said they could only refund me 50% of the $8500 for canceling at that point. Highly unethical, and I would steer clear of them!
